I am still trying to sort out the leadership and writing staff here and so this is premature. This needs to be a decision that the new people in charge need to agree with.

How has it gone from there being not enough writers to cover two brands where one or two members would have to write the entire show each week to suddenly there are 7 writers more than there have been in a long time? Why aren't they being used every week?

There is plenty of time plus the new people may change things anyway. I don't think members will mind if it means bringing in stability into the fed.

We give them assessments and people tend to turn around saying they can't write.

I find out Sam's now head-writing for UCW Smackdown. PegasusKid said he wants to join but he's also helping UCW Smackdown.

Troy, I understand your concern, but the reason for this thread is for discussion. Nothing is ever set in stone unless otherwise noted. Plus, I'm sure this would be helpful for whoever is taking control.

Well I am still going down to one brand and that means there will be more than enough writers. The key personel will have access to the staff room and then others can be used as emergency writers contacted through pm.
