Yea. Not a lot different to my case which is even smaller, but happens to be the tidiest build I've done so far. Everything routes under the motherboard tray. I bought nice threaded cables too, looks great.

Cable management is surprisingly easy on that case, even with a non modular power supply.

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (£23.98 @ Scan.co.uk)
Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard (£106.99 @ Amazon UK)

Have you bought these already? If not, don't go with the V300 SSD, it sucks. I had one for a while.
Love the Shinobi case, Bitfenix make real quality stuff.

Write speed was below 100mbps on mine, that's slower than some hard drives.
You gonna overclock that 8350?

Maybe once I have installed that motherboard, I am using a crappy one at the minute, I might get a better cooler too.

GTX 650 is weak, get this much more powerful 7790 for £1 extra. Link
Better motherboard for £4 extra. Link
430w PSU is fine. Save £8. Link
8GB ram. Save £23. Link
Better case, £8 more. Link
With your savings, a better cpu cooler. Link

£5 extra than what you posted.
If you can afford it, get an ssd too. Link

Knew I could rely on you finding the best deals :lol1:

Game-debate reckons the 7790 isn't capable for BF4, recommends the 7870.. will it handle it fine on high? 7870 is about another £50

You'll get around 40fps maxed out at 1080p. Turn down a couple settings and you'll get a comfortable 50-60fps. Game debate is very unreliable.

Use AMD Overdrive or MSI Afterburner. It's so simple.
Here are my OC settings in Overdrive,
