Gonna hold my horses in terms of next vote given (1) the number of inactives still and (2) Smark's insistence that he be left alone and be allowed to actually post content.

Hopefully something will come up that's glaringly obvious. Not opposed to going back to EV if it comes back to it. Worst case scenario, he's just a VT.
