How about this, have Brock give Ryback an injury before he comes out at Hell in a Cell, have someone replace Ryback, then have Ryback vs Brock in another PPV, in a no DQ match and have HHH interfere to help Ryback win. That way he never loses and HHH can get his precious revenge and continue with Brock.

The problem is, who would replace Ryback? I think he was put into that position as a replacement for Cena already.

I meant that's how WWE sees it as a winning streak. I don't count beating up local jobbers as any kind of streak.

should've probably put quotes around my previous post.

God I hate the fact that people think Ryback is on some great streak. Who gives a fuck if he loses? good god

His streak of dominant victories is getting him over, so it's important. And just like how Goldberg's stock dropped after he lost, the same could happen with Ryback.

This.

Once WWE start promoting it on their shows which they have, they can't stop. It's one of the aspects associated with the hot Ryback, eliminating it is just a big risk at the moment. It's their own fault for being in this situation though.

The return of Mark Henry, or the return of Jack Swagger by AJ?

Henry should be a heel... I'm not sure Swagger's over enough, but that wouldn't stop them from doing it if they had to, I guess...

Well they still have to use him, he would put on a good match and they just need someone to job to CM Punk, it's more of a shock that Ryback got ambushed, so it shouldn't be someone extremely over to take the spotlight away from him too.

They're honestly still thinking about doing a Triple H/Brock rematch? That feud ended just fine with Triple H realizing what a monster Brock is and didn't he give a speech about how he was sorry he let people down? There's no logical reason for him to get 'revenge.' Ryback/Brock would be a much better choice for Wrestlemania, but of course, they don't want to end the streak. But I don't want them to end Punk's long title reign before the Rumble, and besides, they can't hotshot the belt onto Ryback, because Rock has already made the challenge for the Rumble, and they're obviously building towards Rock/Punk for that event. And giving the belt to Ryback only for him to lose it right back to Punk would still mean the streak coming to an end.

Either way, seeing WWE backed into a corner like this, it's gonna be fun to see what they end up having to do.

Welcome to #wwelogic. It's ridiculous that it's still an option. My guess is because Summerslam did well and Lesnar drawing well, part 2 could just be another money-maker. WWE have no intention of using these legends to actually create more stars, they want to feed them to the already made stars like HHH, Cena and Undertaker and make quick money through insane PPV buy-rates. Great for the short term, terrible for the long term.

HHH really just needs to retire from in-ring competition if he has no intention of putting someone over. Though a dictator heel GM role and eventually putting Punk, Ryback or (insert new face of the company) here could be cool. But other than storyline purposes and building the future, he can stay the fuck away from in-ring competition.

Well Ryback could win, Brock then ambushes him backstage, then he vacates the championship which leads to a tournament and the finals being at Survivor Series and Punk getting it back, and Ryback vs Punk ends in DQ to Brock again which leads to Ryback/Brock feud. Only problem seems that CM Punk would still lose the championship...
