Two of my favourite shows when I was a kid but I had to go with Inspector Gadget, Don Adams wins it for me.

ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS? Did your parents sprinkle crack on your cereal as a child? Who the fuck takes some dimwitted poor-man's Sherlock Holmes with ROBOT PARTS over the single greatest action adventure animated series of all time? Did the turtles need helicopters in their hats and giant fucking springs hanging out of their asses to deal with their adversaries? NO. All they needed were blunt old-fashioned instruments of samurai HATE FUCK to deal with Shredder, Krang, and their minions and they were a lot more vicious than anything that fucker Gadget had to deal with. Did Inspector Gadget ever march through an interdimensional portal and fight evil on a completely different plane of exist? Hell no, all he did was walk around with his stupid magnifying glass and use his toys when he got in trouble.

Did Don Adams voice one of the characters in TMNT? I couldn't allow it to get completely rolled with no votes, it is too good for that plus TMNT was always going to win.

Turtles easily for me. I liked Gadget but it's not in the same league.

I did enjoy both these shows growing up but TMNT wins between the two for me. The cast of characters in that show definitely are better than Inspector Gadget. I always looked foward to what new character was going to show up from Dimension X or where ever.
