I'm sick and tired of people saying "if the vaccines are so efficient, why are the numbers of people tested positive still rising? "
They keep explaining on TV that vaccines protect you from serious medical issues but do not prevent you from catching it or infecting others.
It's literally how every single other vaccine works. People get the flu booster every year but they still catch it and get diarrhea for three days, they just don't end up at the hospital.
Why is it so hard to understand for some people?

The vaccine is great to take as it helps fight off symptoms (and therefore spreading it a bit), but you still need to take reasonable precautions. Like wearing a mask, not going to super large gatherings (at least not outside your bubble without precautions) and other things.

At this rate we can hit 1 million dead in the U.S before April 1st.

Because IMO ignorant people who refuse to mask up, get the vaccine and social distance deserve what they get...

Ik it is a joke, but I HATE people who use this logic. Testing less does not change the amount of cases, just the amount of known cases. Test it or not, if someone has Rona, they have Rona.
