No, because he has established his place in WWE. Hangman in my opinion didn't, and still hasn't, with some spots where there was a theme that benefited his gimmick. When I say midcarder, is someone not over, YET. Right now, AEW only has a handful of stars that makes crowds go nuts. CM Punk is SO over, yet... he's not champion. That's a different kind of beast to explain.
