CM Punk vs The Green Ranger

Mighty Morphin Power Ranger Jason David Frank, who played the Green Ranger on the original show, speaks to The Roman Show and says he would like to fight former WWE champion CM Punk in a mixed martial arts dual. At worst, Frank wouldn’t mind a kickboxing fight and he said he has also said he wouldn’t mind giving professional wrestling a shot.
“CM Punk is legit, many people think he isn’t but he is,â€￾ Frank said.
Punk has been recently seen wearing a Gracie Jiu Jitsu sweatshirt walking to the ring. He is no stranger that he practices the martial art. Frank has had his fair share of experience in mma competing professionally and has a background in martial arts.


Frank also spoke about a possible fight versus martial artists turned movie actor Jean Claude Van Damme. The Power Ranger said he would like bring out the Green Ranger versus Bloodsport.

I Would love to See this happen.

Hell Austin St John or Jason would too as he's more thoroughly trained in M.Thai and at last morphicon was listed as a third degree black belt. It would be cool to see the original anti hero power ranger kick ass though.

Even Walter Jones has a black belt with a background in gymnastics and rhythmic dance. . The whole cast aside from David/Billy were legit (though he said they made him take self defense courses) as Trini was a second degree black belt and Amy at the time was taking martial arts classes and was during actual gymnastic training. Kinda shows you why the show went to shit, as all of the first 10 were trained athletic actors, oh the memories

When you think about it, the Green Ranger would make an excellent heel because every time he starts losing, we all know what would happen. He'd just bust out the dagger and call in the fucking Dragonzord and tear down the whole arena. Might be a little dangerous.
