PW Insider said:
According to Pwinsider.com, CM Punk has been pulled from all advertising of WWE live events going forward after a meeting with WWE management at Monday's WWE Raw tapings. Punk is under contract until July, but the feeling right now is that he is no longer factored into the company's plans moving forward. The plan was to work towards a CM Punk vs. Triple H match at WrestleMania 30, but not it seems as if WWE may slide Daniel Bryan into that slot.

Some sources have stated that the original script for Monday's Raw called for Punk to wrestle Antonio Cesaro and lose after Kane interfered in an Elimination Chamber Qualifying match. Other sources claim that he was not scheduled to wrestle, but instead say he was booked to do a promo that would follow up on Kane causing his elimination from the Rumble. Either way Punk was booked for Raw, but was not backstage for the show or at Smackdown.

The feeling is that the late re-writes for the show on Monday were because Punk had informed the company he was going home and wouldn't be back. Word is that this is not an injury situation, but instead a case of burnout and unhappiness with the overall direction of the company. Punk had been very vocal in the past about the usage of returning and "part time" stars being pushed beyond wrestlers who were working full-time for the company.

During a recent interview with Ariel Hewani, Punk spoke about working the crazy WWE schedule, and only ever taking time off for injuries. Punk worked over 50-minutes in Sunday's Royal Rumble match, and was described as being "pissy" backstage. But some has said that this is not unusual for him.

Another source noted that Punk's last goal was to work a WrestleMania main event, and that it may be a situation where Punk realized it wasn't going to happen this year and with his WWE deal expiring and him being so goal oriented, it may have weighed him down when he realized it would not happen.

Also during the Ariel Hewani interview, Punk was asked about WWE killing his momentum at times and why such things happen and stated that he'd like to think they don't make those decisions on purpose and it's more they wanted to go in another decision and that it was a different era.
Personally I gave up caring about Punk and his bad attitude a long time ago so while this doesn't come as a surprise it also doesn't make me that upset. Also, in the wacky world of wrestling, there's always the major chance that this is just another typical work so I won't believe it until I see Punk show up in RoH.

Yeah, we have a precident when it comes to Punk and "leaving the company".

That said, highly unprofessional. I'm a Punk fan, that's no secret, but I can relate to this at work right now. Walking out fucks over everyone.

TBH, if this means we get DB/HHH instead, I'm all for it. I think. As long as Huntor leaves his shovel at home.

I'm crying.

And its not being a bitch, its his choice if he wants to leave. It's highly unprofessional of him to leave without past notice, but its his decision. Maybe its something serious, maybe its something he feels he needs to do. Or its displeasure with the WWE, we don't really know yet. But if he's "gone-gone" then i'm going to miss him.

UPDATE:
It has been reported by various outlets that WWE superstar CM Punk has quit the organization—for real. The news comes after an inconspicuous absence from Raw this past Monday (Jan. 27), and it seems this is not a work from Punk and the WWE. Per PWMania.com (via Wrestling Observer, ProWrestling.net and PWInsider), this appears to be a legitimate decision from Punk, after he reportedly told Vince McMahon he was "going home":Word has come out that CM Punk has left WWE, according to several sources.

CM Punk reportedly told Vince McMahon personally at Monday’s Raw that he was going home, and then got on a plane for Chicago. WWE.com has since removed Punk from all upcoming live events and house shows over the next few weeks including Monday Night Raw.

Punk's reported departure would leave the company without one of its biggest draws. Since receiving a big push back in 2008, he has remained a fan favorite as a face (good guy) and heel (bad guy).

Until Punk confirms this news himself, though, there will be reasonable doubt regarding the validity of these reports. There is still no word on the official WWE site over Punk's decision, and memories of a 2011 storyline he was involved in cannot be ignored.

In that kayfabe (staged) narrative, Punk told the WWE he was leaving with the WWE Championship after his contract expired at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view, but he returned a few weeks later with the belt.

PWMania.com reports that the plans for Triple H vs. CM Punk at WrestleMania XXX look to be shelved:As PWMania.com reported, Punk was scheduled to face Triple H at WrestleMania 30, but as seen on Monday’s Raw, early signs may have been shown that Triple H will be facing Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania instead.

The report also states the possible reasons behind Punk's decision to pack up and head home—the feeling that part-time wrestlers are getting pushed instead of men who work 365 days a year with the company:In the past, Punk had been very vocal about “part-time” wrestlers returning to WWE and getting pushed ahead of guys who are there on a nightly basis, and that may be a reason for him being upset.

TMZ Sports expanded on that notion, reporting that Punk's frustrations stemmed from Batista's booking at the Royal Rumble.Sources close to the situation tell TMZ Sports ... Punk was livid when he learned officials scripted Batista to win the Royal Rumble ... because he feels Batista isn't in great wrestling shape and shouldn't be featured in the title match at the upcoming WrestleMania (the biggest event of the year).

We're told Punk feels he earned the right to be in the main event at WrestleMania -- because he's been wrestling tirelessly over the past year from house shows to overseas events. Punk was angry when he found out he'd be wrestling Triple H at WrestleMania instead of squaring off in the title match.

Given how Punk's contract legitimately expires with the WWE this coming July, perhaps this could be the end of the road for him and the organization.

Since the reports, WWE has unfollowed Punk on Twitter, via WrestleChat.net:

WrestleChat.net @WrestleChatNet
Follow

That was quick - @WWE has unfollowed @CMPunk. In 2014, that's how you know a breakup is real.

So, where does the company go without Punk? The likes of Brock Lesnar, Batista and The Undertaker could well be away from the company again following the conclusion of WrestleMania XXX, which would leave even more gaping holes in the roster.

Wrestling fans must hope this is simply a work to try and create some tension and hype for the big event in April. However, at this time, it looks to be legitimate.

It was bound to happen really. I knew he was pissed when he found out Batista was supposed to win the Rumble. While I agree his argument is valid, as we all have discussed and agreed to, mostly, him just packing his backs and walking wasn't the best idea. Steve Austin did the same thing when he found out he was supposed to put over Brock Lesnar, then a rookie, in a KotR qualifying match. Steve made the point that there was no business sense to have him put over the young Lesnar with no buildup or anything. Austin took his ball and left.

Similar situation here, as the business sense of bringing back the Attitude Era wrestlers for pushes is just not there. I loved the Attitude Era. It's something they should have never done away with, because this PG era crap is killing me.
