I'm like 90% this one is Riverrun. I didn't have ocean access at first but I bought a new square for my harbor. @Bobby Barrows look at my zoomed out pic in the OP and see if you recognize it lol

I of course, am a spendy bastard and have a majority of the DLC, so Old-Town actually has a running Trolley-Bus system, and several of the policies are designed to make it so that a lot of noise pollution isn't made. There's also a Nuclear Power Plant facilitating the city's power need, as well as eco-friendly water waste management facilities, and a recycling facility for the city's waste.

I'm having some fun rn building some wonky shaped small neighborhoods in some free area, not the most efficient but it'll be fine and I like the variety, got a couple cul-de-sacs, and just some stuff I remember seeing at times irl instead of just rectangles and shit

For anyone wondering where I managed to make these detailed roadmaps of my city, there's a mod called "CSL Map View" that takes your map and creates a detailed look on it, you can edit it to be more detailed and larger size maps (for me my map size is 8192x8192). You can also add options like building names etc. It's pretty useful for most things.

That's actually pretty sweet. I used to play quite a bit on ps4 but it looked like crap and i had windmills everywhere.

The hardest part for me is always starting out, laying my initial roadways but once I get going I kinda just add and adjust based on need and see how everything shapes out

Honestly the early game is always the hardest because you don't have a lot of options and once you actually get the roadways you want, everything's already in place so it's even harder to change it.
