I'd change that to "IF." He has a ton of talent but WWE has dropped the ball with many talented wrestlers.
I wouldn't say "many", they've dropped the ball on a choice few, which there's usually a reason for. Pretty much anybody who's worth making it makes it, but the fact that he was able to get signed even after he failed a test for the WWE shows that they clearly want him. Your average person would be dropped off the company's radar all together.
Besides, this era is PATHETIC. If Jack Swagger and Dolph Ziggler can be world champions, I don't doubt for a second that Hero could be. That ought to highlight the critically low standards that the WWE demands from their talent.
