I don't really understand it sometimes though cause I will just be calm and then feel one coming on

Like while I was still in RWK before I announced my resignation I was worried about a no-show due to the deadline getting close and I didn't get a heads up, among other factors, and someone told me "Oh yeah, they're done"

And it made me even more worried, and then I was told I was "wrong for panicking" and "they were joking"

Even if it did work out in the end.

is your anxiety like a pressure to be on control of a situation?

I mean, I kind of like to know that I can handle something.

what I find funny is that I have been in situations with other people panicking and I stayed calm

but then I feel one weird sensation in my body and BOOM! panic attack
