I get it from worry mostly but sometimes from being too mad or even too happy, then it can turn into a panic attack

Yeah, worry is a big part of it for me. Whether rational or irrational

panic attacks are always irrational fear

Just sometimes people see I am worried about something and kind of fuel it which makes it worse
