Some days are worse though, i only try and drink the weekend otherwise i be a mess ity:

I get panic attacks as well, not just anxiety. Drinking is a no no for me. Plus is all tastes disgusting to me.

And I do my best not to over drink, I don't mind having a drink with my friends or my brother, or if I go to like a hockey game or something

But sometimes I am worked up and I say "F-it" and just have one drink then no more
