Well said, BSE. I didn't even saw that comment. Talking about nepotism entitlement when talking about Cody is an almost hilariously bad take

there has been legends in the business that never came close to sniffing a world title, just because at one point he worked a mid card gimmick doesn't mean he doesn't benefit from nepo baby entitlement

but all my opinion, I appreciate those of you that actually answered the question

I actually have no problem with this thread. Discussion is kind of the point of forums and asking us why they like a certain person isn’t a bad thing.

That being said, I don’t think anybody is necessarily triggered or insecure it’s just a little grading because I’m not even saying specifically you but a lot of people on social media especially have gone out of their way to downplay the organic rise of Cody Rhodes. Most of whom typically are bloodline fans who just can’t let go of your four-year title reign.

The ironic thing being no one took more pleasure in putting Cody over than Roman reigns and the rock. The rock didn’t have to go out of his way to make Cody look like a star and yet he did. The very first night that Cody was the champion. The rock came out to give him his flowers and immediately wanted to get in on how hot he was by planting seeds that maybe they’ll actually have the match next year at wrestlemania. Because he wants to help cement Cody as the guy of the future. And look at Roman reigns face when he does the favor. He is smiling from ear to ear. He is so thankful that his reign got to mean something because it didn’t get upended by just anybody. He got to end his historic run by giving it to the guy that was going to be the next face of the company.

lol all I wanted was discussion and some cody fans just just can't help but go into attack mode on anyone that is critical of their hero, very odd, toxic and insecure behavior, especially digging up old posts of mine that have nothing to do with the current discussion

While I genuinely Cody is an awesome human being, I don’t think his character is a white meat baby face at all. Like that’s the one thing I don’t see either. Even Vince Russo no matter how much people are going to go “Oh Russo, blah blah blah,” but like he argues, he thinks code is herl specifically because nothing about his character to him screams a traditional white meat baby faces. How he dresses cuts his promos the way he acts with the heels etc.
