For me you can have all the passion for your job in the world but if your boring asf to watch then all that passion is meaningless

Also judging by the reality show him and his wife did, they seem very entitled and hardly relative to the "every person"

To answer your question the wrestling community loves Cody because he’s extremely likable and he bet on himself left his comfort zone and turned himself into a main eventer. Also he’s the son of one of the most beloved humans in wrestling history.

I'd even say his career is a Hard Times promo in itself. Same goes for Dustin really.

...and yea, Cody did something almost no one else was able to do throughout the years. Leaving the WWE at a point where you could've argued that his career was pretty much over and through grinding and reinventing himself, he made himself into one of the biggest names in Pro Wrestling going at the moment.

Cody gets pro wrestling. He looks and dresses like a million bucks. His promos are excellent. He has the song everyone can sing along to. And he’s genuinely likeable outside the ring. What’s not to like?
