So if there's 8 matches and that guy who was promoting the event said there would have been like 10 (without any Knockouts matches), could we see one or two surprise matches put on? Assuming they changed the card due to contract issues in the first place, the gap could be justified by that. But maybe they could do a big match that they didn't want to announce earlier. Like maybe due to Tajiri's apparent heel turn on Wrestle-1's show (not entirely sure if it's like a weekly show or what, maybe just normal events, I don't know) but according to my sources, he joined the heel faction Desperado (which Sakamoto is apparently part of) so could we see something happen with that? I just hope there's another nice match put on, but that's unlikely. TNA would want to advertise any of their stars for the event, likewise Wrestle-1.

Yeah, there will be no more matches added to BFG. It was said in the first place that there would be 7 or 8 matches at BFG anyway.

Originally, TNA planned to do Team 3D vs. The Wolves and Abyss vs. Bram at BFG, but obviously a lot of things changed since then as we can see. Bram isn't even going to Japan now.

Without giving away too many spoilers, I heard on another wrestling forum that Team 3D was over big time with the crowd (which looks quite big, actually) and that the Wrestle-1 only tag team match wasn't that well recieved by the fans. Looks like so far that TNA has been the biggest selling point to the crowd even without half of their roster, along with the potential main event. Also I think I heard that the Samoa Joe match was fantastic. AND we get a 4-sided ring.

Too bad they couldn't get in guys like Eric Young and The Wolves from TNA, along with whoever the hell is the Wrestle-1 Champion and (who I think is an upper-midcarder in) Kai. But BFG looks fantastic, great crowd, decent matches apparently but still it would've been so much better (and probably sold more tickets if more TNA guys were put in).

Also looks like the future is bright for TNA with Japan and Wrestle-1 if BFG is a success and they of course can figure out their own US TV problems. Japanese PPV in 2015? Could be fun.

Well, yeah, I guess. All I know for sure is that they decided to do the event early (so it should be wrapped up soon if not already), the recording sent back to 'murica for TNA to do their own commentary and then played on PPV tonight.

In fact, turns out Team 3D has called out Bullet Club. Apparently Bullet Club must have the tag team titles in NJPW then? Either way, that's just another reason why I need to start watching NJPW, especially if it has English commentary.

Oh, alright. I assumed they were doing it early but wasn't sure how early. Pretty early, it turned out.

Anyone actually watching tonight?

One thing I was wondering was what your favorite moments in BFG History are. Only one I can think of is the beer bottle shot in 2012.

I ain't.

I never watch TNA PPV's. After BFG 2010, I've never touched one since.

I am watching it.

PPV airs on tape delay, but Taz and Tenay will provide live commentary from Nashville in TNA HQ.

Heard the crowd was awesome and the Korakuen Hall was nearly a 2000 sell-out.

I'll certainly watch this... Tomorrow when it's uploaded on the main website. It's a decent card.

Calling for Fatmoa Joe vs Low Ki vs Kaz to be highlight of the PPV. Guessing Low Ki and Kaz will do all the hard work, and Joe is gonna pick a win 'cause his lazy ass can't move.
