Why the fuck did he not have life insurance? a man of his size was bound to have health problems and he didnt think to cover himself with getting insurance

Ummmm.....because he was a 43-year-old man who was considered morbidly obese by most health metrics. If he could find a company who would sell him life insurance based on his age, weight, and other health issues (which is very doubtful), it's probable that such coverage would have been prohibitively expensive. Life insurance doesn't help when nobody in the family can afford to eat.

Frazier’s wife Cassandra told TMZ and other sources that he lost approximately 100 pounds prior to suffering a fatal heart attack this week, over the course of 6 months.
