1. Chucky
Evil in life and a doll. There isn't any question of his motivation nor is there any sympathy. Charles Lee Ray is just one filthy excuse of a human being. The whole Chucky character is pretty iconic and even though Michael Myers may be a little more famous, it's not by much. Chucky should be everything you want in a horror villain.

Chuck's cool and entertaining and all, but it comes down to it if these two faced off, well... let's just say it would have to be a short film 'cause Michael would murder him. So Myers it is.

I'm ringing in with Myers on this one. I think both characters are pretty much the personification of evil, but I feel in a battle Myers could easily dispose of Chucky.
