I'd be down for Brock vs. Taker though it's not the match I want from either of them this year. I'd much rather have Taker face Cena at Mania this year & I honestly really want to see Lesnar face Sheamus at Mania but I'm definitely in the minority there and have no expectations for that happening. Really hope if Taker does indeed face Brock this year, it means he isn't retiring because Taker vs. Cena at Mania is one of the only matches left that I'd be legitimately excited for whereas Brock/Taker is a match that I'll probably only check out if it gets rave reviews on here. That said, I'm still anticipating Taker/Cena at Mania this year, not Brock/Taker but that could just be blind-optimism.

I'd prefer Taker/Cena as well. I just don't think Taker/Brock mesh very well, even with their history. It's a big name match, but not really an exciting match.

Have you seen their previous matches? They gelled very well, especially their cell match drew high praise.

I saw them, but I prefer Brock with a smaller guy, someone he can manhandle. Anyway, they were good matches, but Taker's a lot older now, and Brock himself is fairly detached from WWE. I hate to say 'part-timer,' but he's more of a spectacle than a superstar, and I feel the streak should be an in-house WWE thing. I mean, why would Brock even care, kayfabe-wise, about breaking the streak? It doesn't seem to make sense, but maybe that's just me.
