I never heard The Exies or Seether covers before, they're pretty great. Disturbed's Holy Diver cover is also one of my favorites, good to see it mentioned.

Pretty much all my favorite covers come from Punk Goes Pop, the best ones are likely these for me:

Mainly I like these because I think the originals for the most part are garbage (The Fray's song wasn't bad...) but give it to bands that I like and they put their own twist on it and it works out. Also, speaking of "Mad World", Evergreen Terrace has a decent cover of the song. Not as good as the original obviously, but I can dig it.

And because something has to be included from Four Year Strong's cover album, I really enjoy their take on "She's So High" and "In Bloom".

Richard Cheese's version of stronger is good but not as good as Kanye's version as Daft Punk did the orginal.

30 Seconds To Mars still win this contest for me.

I am a big fan of the Richard Cheese stuff..also there is a band who does Blue Grass Covers of metal songs calls Hayseed Dixie they are pretty good as well...and yeah Hurt is tops imo BUT

Gotta love the Dix, they are pretty amazing

YES, I remember you introducing me to this in the 7NA covers thread, still good shit.

Pretty much all my favorite covers come from Punk Goes Pop, the best ones are likely these for me:

I literally got a free download of this track the other day, what is it about ADTR and covers? Between this and "since you've been gone", they got this shit DOWN. Pretty much the only time I listen to the band is when they cover something.

Also, speaking of "Mad World", Evergreen Terrace has a decent cover of the song. Not as good as the original obviously, but I can dig it.

You're right, it's not as good but it's still pretty awesome in it's own right.

I like Cake's Cover of War Pigs originally by Black Sabath. This not the type of song that Cake normally does which makes it fun.

I also really enjoy Green Day's version of Working Class Hero by John Lennon

Brandon Urie of Panic! At The Disco has a couple covers I enjoy. Three Little Birds by Bob Marlee and Slow Motion by Third Eye Blind

Some one said Evergreen Teraces Version of Mad World by Tears for fears which is great but did anybody say Gary Jules version fr Donnie Darko which is 20x better then te original?

I also like most everything that New Found Glory did on their albums From the Screen to Your Stereo Parts 1 and 2.

Weezer covered Pumped Up Kicks by Foster the People at a live show which was a good cover

Lastly probably the funniest cover ever is Got Your
Money by Say Anything

Weezer done Pumped Up Kicks? Interesting... I know Panic did that song too, but it wasn't great. Urie is a pretty awesome singer though, I'm going to search up those covers.

Man, Brendon Urie has such a awesome voice. Really like that Bob Marley cover. Also, that Say Anything cover is the most "interesting" one here. Those guys are crazy.

Just found out Weezer did a cover of Kids! Not bad...

The best part is before River starts singing and he says "2008! I mean 2009!"

I always liked that Minor Threat cover, its a nice play on the original song (which I'm also a fan of).
