The no good part timer was the one that made me realize that the Attitude Era wasn’t as great as we think it was; at least from a wrestling perspective

For me wrestling is storytelling. Give me a good story to entertain me. The wrestling is the avenue to that. Wrestling without entertainment is ok occasionally but I don’t only want wrestling.

Which is why I loved the old school PPV model. The tv shows had more segments than wrestling and then the PPV was where you had the longer matches.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen it but I remember him getting a huge pop when his music hits and getting boo’d when he slides in the ring and starts the 5 moves of doom

yeah the wrestling was absolute trash and the comedy has aged poorly, that's my main reasoning for not going back to watch it. I have good memories of enjoying it as a kid, and I feel like rewatching it will shit on those memories. That being said even as a kid I was always annoyed everything took so god damn long and nothing was moving forward. RAW was like this for like 20 years i feel lol
