Based on how Phenom claimed his kill it didn't sound like a specific phase kill, not a daykill or nightkill, just one he could use whenever, which reconciles him not having to post it in the thread for whoever mentioned that before

Mass claim PIPE BOMB

I’m the town cop, can ask for alignment of a player every night. Which is why i was so sure Rugrat was lying and i wanted him dead Day 1. I copped Jeff night 1 and got back he’s town, copped Tweet last night and got back he’s scum.

Oh, speaking of Rugrat. I shot him.

I had a one shot kill that i could use at anytime, seemed to me that Rugrat was faking to try and draw me out so i took the shot.

He posted a vote, i wagoned him, he continued to only post votes and not actual posts. We sussed him, he claimed cop by using players names to spell it out when he voted. I’m a full cop, i shot him because i thought he was lying/faking.

NGL, I can see Phenom bussing Tweet here as he was cooked anyways and claim the rug kill to take away the executioner spec.
