Why Phenom didnt claim the rugrat kill at the time - he wouldnt necessarily have had to reveal he was a cop at that point

I need to read back and see if there was any overt discomfort around the claim at the time

I'm an even night tracker, which is why I was pretty happy with the KIF claim as he was the opposite phase and we seemed to only have the one weak cop in Ruggers. Phenom has kind of thrown that into a bit of disarray as I said earlier.

On N2 I tracked Tweet and he went nowhere, so he must not have made the kill
