Personally, I could buy that honestly as much as I hate Sammy, but also, I can see Sammy as the type of guy who fucks around too much and never finds out. So, his push may have been a "fighting" one, you know what I mean, but if it was a legit like "Ey, bruh you little close to be back the fuck up." then yeah Andrade was in the wrong and all. Personally think both should have had some sort of punishment due to have both acted. There is my honest opinion

Personal feelings aside, he's still completely legally in the wrong. As would Andrade be, depending on state laws on self-defense. It's almost always whoever touched first, unless it's a state where both parties are at fault if either got physical at any point. Now could it be a state where "getting in personal space" is seen as threatening and then Sammy engaged in self-defense? Yes, but that is the smaller possibility. Then it's upon state discretion depending on the scenario. In this case, a legal party may be of the mindset "you're both wrestlers in a highly tension filled environment and personal space is likely to be violated. Who got physical first?", which similar things have happened before. Or it could be seen the other way with Andrade being the aggressor simply for his tone and pace. It's literally a fucking crapshoot depending on state and personal legal definitions of those handling the case.

They’re not in an angle together. Andrade full intended on pulling on Sammy to handle the shit. So I wouldn’t be surprised if he threw the first punch.
