If people are saying Page started the Punk fight with the Elite, then those same people need to say Andrade started the fight with Sammy with his interview comments.

Also can we acknowledge that it's fucking WILD AS FUCK that Sammy is still on the show tonight, but Andrade isn't? Like how the FUCK were Punk and The Elite IMMEDIATELY removed/suspended/sent home, all dudes VASTLY superior to Sammy in multiple senses, yet Sammy wasn't. Makes no fucking sense whatsoever. Like he's a problem, has shown it multiple times, and has faced little to no punishment in comparison to other situations of the same kind.

Probs to do with legal issues in the Punk and Elite fight and also depends what actually happened. If Andrade threw the first punch and Sammy didn't throw any, I can see why Andrade was suspended. Also again the Eddie situation was more on Eddie but I feel like people forget this because they hate Sammy.

TMZ literally said that Andrade confronted him to talk, Sammy pushed him, and Andrade responded with punches and then Sammy did as well. And that now multiple people on the roster are pissed at Sammy for doing what they were told not to do.

I wonder if there is any wrestler who talks to TMZ who is close to Andrade.... oh wait his father in law. I'm going to wait for more to come out personally then taking TMZ as gospel.

Yes. Depending on you look at it can be seen as a threat and since Andrade pre-meditated assault on Sammy

Personal feelings aside, he's still completely legally in the wrong. As would Andrade be, depending on state laws on self-defense. It's almost always whoever touched first, unless it's a state where both parties are at fault if either got physical at any point. Now could it be a state where "getting in personal space" is seen as threatening and then Sammy engaged in self-defense? Yes, but that is the smaller possibility. Then it's upon state discretion depending on the scenario. In this case, a legal party may be of the mindset "you're both wrestlers in a highly tension filled environment and personal space is likely to be violated. Who got physical first?", which similar things have happened before. Or it could be seen the other way with Andrade being the aggressor simply for his tone and pace. It's literally a fucking crapshoot depending on state and personal legal definitions of those handling the case.

Incorect imo. Legally you are 100% allowed to push someome ouf of your personal space if they are threatening you .

WON: Sammy did not throw any punches. Andrade punched him and Sammy did not fight back. It was broken up immediately.​

Meltzer says Andrade was waiting for him in the hallway and got two punches in before being broken up. Sammy did not punch anyone. Andrade was just sent home.
Bryan echoes and says that 4 out of the 5 people he talked to said that this happened.
Meltzer emphasizes 100% that Sammy did not throw the punches. He attributes Andrade's motive to his wanting to be fired.
Edit some more details:
- Meltzer says that the most pro-Andrade accounts he's heard are that Sammy said something to him before getting sucker punched by Andrade and that Sammy shoved Andrade after being spun around by Andrade.
- Andrade was warned when he came to work that getting in a fight with Sammy would not get him out of his contract. Andrade said he wouldn't do anything and then started something.
- Andrade was waiting for Sammy in the hallway. There were multiple witnesses. It was 2-3 punches before being broken up. Many, many witnesses.
- Meltzer says that these ex-WWE signings are severely backfiring because of all these people wanting to go back. He says they aren't many, maybe 3-4, but that they are locker room cancer.
