AJ Lee's WWE Status

PWInsider confirms earlier reports that word going around WWE is AJ Lee has asked for time off. There is no word yet on how long she will be gone.

295 days of carnying the diva's division will will wear you out. Bad timing as far as Paige is concerned, The WWE finally gave us two divas that the crowds care about and then one decides to take a break. The diva's division need to see an AJ vs. Paige feud as in it's current state the division is stale and uninteresting. The fans need to see something that is interesting from the divas, hopefully the WWE can capitalize on Paige's golden opportunity before the fans interest fades.​

Eh, it's a hardly a biggy that she's off TV for a few weeks. Tamina challenges Paige to get revenge for taking AJ's title but ends up failing which brings AJ back to TV and the split with Tamina.

I honestly can't remember the last time I gave two shits about AJ, so I couldn't care any less than I already do if she were to leave.

AJ taking time off I'm okay with. I was scared that her future might be in question or something, like being in hot water or thinking about moving on. I doubt that's the case and I hope it's not. I don't mind if she leaves for a few weeks or several months just as long as she continues. We've now got Paige taking center stage and hopefully a couple of new Divas can join her (I'd love to see Alicia get a push but for now I think she's an established jobber).

Yeah with deezy on this one she can stick around for the feud and then take a much needed break. Of course they shouldn't rush the belt onto someone, so maybe they can stick Tamina in her place for awhile.
