After six long months...

After six long months, me and the wife were finally able to close on our new home! Damn, I never thought this process would ever end, and at several points, we considered just walking away from the home. There were several issues that occurred on the sellers end, that kept pushing back our closing dates. Anyway, I won't bore everyone (the three people who will actually read this thread that is, lol(I see you Vice!)) with all of the issues that occurred, but damn am I happy to get this over with!

That's great news man, very happy for you. Luckily I've never had issues with closing dates but buddies of mine have and its been a nightmare for them. Here's hoping that never happens to you again, nobody needs that kind of stress during what's supposed to be an exciting and happy time.
