If you mean the booking of the reign, then I agree. It’s begun to lose steam. Especially when he defends the ROH tag titles on two PPVs instead of the world title.

I’m not sure if that means Jay fans don’t like MJF, but I do think Jay fans thought he would freshen up the main event scene.

no you're hung up as if he said "all Jay fans hate MJF" that was 100% absolutely not what was said or meant so get it out of your mind rn before we go more pages on this lol he said he saw more MJF haters wanting him to lose than Jay fans wanting Jay to win BECAUSE THEY LIKE MJF so they were fine with MJF retaining

See the problem with that is, imo it makes it to predictable. If you know a former world champion else where = winning the title, it kinda takes the enjoyment out of it. Like I was 98% sure MJF was winning, but that 2% kept me wondering and a little worried. If I was 100% on the winner, it’s not as enjoyable for me.

I think it’s more predictable in the other way. Bryan, Cole and Jay have all come in to lose to the current AEW Champion. I feel there’s a better middle ground out there.

I think the injury os real but also fake lol. I think horrendous is pretty exaggerated but I won't tell u how to feel. To me it was pretty attitude era Austin stuff + lots of cheating. My other argument is that the live crowd went apeshit for all of it so there's so method to the madness, too

This was super cena bollocks imo. The crowd loved it. I did not. Also MJF has deffo been getting more hate online as of late and those were the ones calling for him to lose. More because they dislike MJF's stuff (which I don't just the PPV angle)

Ain't seen no one downplay Jay so imma push back there. Lots of njpw transplants wanted him to be champ d1 so thats just false as well. I do agree the loud voice is swerve atm n there's a big push for him for a lot of reasons including the first black champ accolade
