I will also say culturally.. shit is taken pretty lightly in the south. Jeff is a country boy born in the 80s. Drunk driving was probably a norm for where he's from lol

we have very rigid workers rights laws, and it would be difficult to fire someone for addiction issies on the first strike if they went to rehab. depending how TK structures his organization, and considering the hardys could technically sue, it may be not worth it. it could also be TK being a mark and ppl in the back are ok with him coming back.
