Once or maybe even twice you can give a little leeway but the frequency is unacceptable for me, for him to be brought back after this many times and continually being put back in the in ring roles where his peers and fans are all depending on him

and while I understand this from a fan perspective 100%, from an employers, that's a toughy especially if they guy is on a contract and wants to come back (and has taken the steps required to come back per HR)

having been suspended from work in the past for addiction, yes

we have very rigid workers rights laws, and it would be difficult to fire someone for addiction issies on the first strike if they went to rehab. depending how TK structures his organization, and considering the hardys could technically sue, it may be not worth it. it could also be TK being a mark and ppl in the back are ok with him coming back. I dont really know ig

and it's a fucked up thing for sure. A normal person who is thinking rationally would never drink and drive unless they were pretty shitty of a person or very stupid. alcohol abuse makes you both. and again not an excuse, but a corolation
