and AEW is doing fine business wise, forum dweller don't know shit about running a wrestling company so it's fucking cringe when they act like they could do any better, especially based off how they booked John fucking Moxley of all people. It's so fucking extra for no fucking reason lol

He obviously shouldn't make it a habit, it's not good business and we saw that with Cody, but I don't think it's fair at all to group Moxley in that when his situation is as unique as you'll get. I'm not defending the practice, I'll be against it 9 times out of 10 but this is the one time I think with all other factors it was his best option. Bc Moxley clearly wasn't leaving for WWE, he just wasn't sure if he was ready to commit for multiple years going forward, at worst he's taking a sabbatical from wrestling and he'd have dropped the title then

I don’t see it that way but I’ve also talked to Fuji about AEW since it’s began and I know how he feels about it. I think because you don’t know him and your love for AEW you took it way the wrong way

You’re reading way to much into it. He never said he could do better.

I think that was the point as it’s a risky business tactic no matter who the person is

i dont care what his job is, he knows tony about as well as I do , which is not at all. I can be a fan of AEW and also objectively think he was being a hater, because he was. He's projecting his own frustrations at his job onto tony for keeping a fictional belt on a wrestler thats on pay per appearance and quotes STONE COLD ffs lmao. I see it as hating, you don't. We will leave it at that, I aint gonna back down from my statements tho, Fuki also was super extra ott over MJF, and Ill call it out every time.

I don't think it stunted AEW's growth at all by having the belt on Moxley though, which he acted like it did bc he wasn't currently signed

and again if you listen to the podcast instead of of reacting immediately online, you would also quite clearly understand Mox was never going anywhere else, he just wasn't sure if he was going to wrestle long term period. again, because he didn't know how he was gonna feel like sober. Cody had offers and was openly talking about going elsewhere. there are not the same situations at all and it's fucking weird to me that people are shitting on TK instead of praising Mox for being a baddass and a company guy who can be trusted no matter what. It seems more important to some to react negatively even though literally nothing bad happened and Mox did fucking great business for them. but ur right, somehow, someway, it's still bad because he wasn't a hardass like Vince I guess!

DTA isn’t just from Stone Cold man
I also felt the same way about MJF and you’re never resorted to calling me names and calling me out

dont trust anybody is def stone cold and its not a real business point. in business, you actually want to build trusting relationships, not act like a paranoid douche
