I can understand that. Stock up on anything cold and don't move away from the air con lol. Thankfully our summer only had a couple of days of that kind of heat (not nearly that high though). So naturally I was over at my parent's place as they have air con and my place is like an oven in the heat.

Developed kind of an unhealthy obsession for it, takes up seemingly all my time now and I'm only on the second book yet, while the fifth is coming out on the 12'th.

You can watch it on the Internet. There are links on WF, and there's also a site where you can watch it via a link ala something like Youtube. (Youtube itself doesn't have the full shows, only scenes)

One important thing, be VERY careful in looking up information on this show. Basically don't do things like type a characters name into google because that could give something away. This show is based on books, so everything that you see, even things from season 2 that hasn't even aired yet is already known to numerous people because of that.

In a nutshell, the story is about power. It's about a conflict for power.....basically. It's amazingly deep though and intensely personal. Here are some videos.

The last 3 videos are shit quality but they still get the point across.

You SHOULD watch these videos because they will be VERY helpful. It's complicated, it requires some knowledge beforehand. This is more than enough.

This series is huge.....and I mean HUGE. It's going to end with 7 novels, and book 3 has more pages than the entire Lord Of The Rings trilogy.
