Jan Week 2, 2024

Eddie Edwards vs Josh Alexander
Real good match to open the show up, got the crowd ready for most action and probably is the best the show has started out in a few weeks. Some good back and forth action, that almost saw Eddie Edwards win, but then he ended up making a mistake, and Josh Alexander would pick that win up

Zack Sabre Jr vs Jonathan Gresham
Another good match, and we're off the a really great start tonight. Both men giving it their all, and not wanting to lose here. but the match would see ZSJ end up with the win here, after nearly twenty minutes

Asked on a Date?
We see Killer Kelly sitting backstage, when AAW United States Champion, Austin Theory would walk up to her with a smile on his face, as he started to flirt with her, and flex for her, before asking her on a date. She ends up accepting it as the both leave the arena together.

Will Hobbs vs Lince Dorado
Will Hobbs beat the hell out of Lince here, and just beat him don to the point, the match had to be stopped and rewarded to Hobbs when Dorado could not fight back.

Nick Nemeth(c) vs Fred Rosser
Well we're getting a few matches now that aren't exactly all that great, but the crowd seems to be reacting to it enough, but we would see Nick retain here and keep on moving up the ranks in AAW

Timothy Thatcher vs Axel Dieter Jr
The main event tonight was pretty good as well, and really made the end of the show pretty great, both men went at it and fought hard to win the match, but Thatcher would pick up a much needed win here.

I might actually try and bulls that into a feud, and hope them working together can improve the match. As the one on the B show def was pretty good.

Forgot to mention it before but, the way I got it is where the Main Event is on top, so go from bottom to top to read the match order for Breakdown, the other show it's top to bottom for when I write it

Jan Week 3, 2024

Calvin Tankman vs Jeff Cobb
These two had a good match the week before on Breakdown, which is why they were given a chance to work a match on the main show, and they once again delivered. Calvin Tankman was once again able to pick up the win after both men had a great match up

Flowers and a Kiss
We see Austin Theory walk up to Killer Kelly, who's date seemed to went well the week before as he gives her some flowers which she accepts, and then they kiss after he asked her to be in his corner for his main event match.

AAW Lightweight Championship
Alex Shelley(c) vs Colby Corino
Really good little match here as Alex Shelley would defend against Colby Corino who has been picking up a good amount of wins on Breakdown recently. He put up a good fight here, but he wasn't able to pick the victory up, as Shelley would get the W here.

ATTACK!
Chris Sabin runs in after the match and attacks Alex Shelley before running through the crowd as the security ran to the ring.

Jonathan Gresham vs Moose
Pretty good big boy match here, that saw some great action and meaty men slapping meat. The crowd was into it and everything went pretty good. This would lead to Gresham picking up the win over Moose.

AAW Heritage Championship
Nick Nemeth(c) vs Richard Holliday
Pretty good match here, really showing the talents of Nemeth, Holliday didn't do to bad himself, and both men really would try everything they had to win, but in the end Nemeth would defend his title for the fourth time

CULT OF PUNK!
CM Punk cuts a Promo backstage, as Will Hobbs stands next to him, Punk says that Hobbs is just the first of many who will follow him, and who's career will see a rise, if they just follow his word. He then announces Will Hobbs will fight for the Heritage Championship next week.

Austin Theory(c) vs Zack Sabre Jr
Really good main event here, the crowd loved it as both men would fight and fight hard to win the match, ZSJ almost had it won, until Killer Kelly would cause a distraction, that would allow Theory to hit the A Town Down, to pick up the win.

OPEN CHALLENGE!
Mercedes Mone is standing in the ring as the show starts, as she opens an Open Challenge, where she will defend her AAW Womens Championship.

CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!
This would lead to the AAW Debut of Toni Storm, who makes her way out to the ring to a huge pop from the crowd, Mercedes nods with a smile and hands the title over to the ref as the match is set to start.

Mercedes Mone(c) vs Toni Storm
We get a pretty good match here for the championship, both women doing their best, getting the crowd into this one pretty quickly, as the crowd was split on who they wanted to see get the win here. But, we would see Toni Storm win and become the new AAW Women's Champion

Afterwards, Mercedes would yank the title away from the ref, before walking over to Toni, and hands her the title, and then shakes her hand out of respect

Jonathan Gresham vs Timothy Thatcher
They beat the ever loving hell out of each other, just really putting on a great show for the crowd as they were doing everything they could but the match would see Gresham pick the win up.

MATCH REQUESTED AND GRANTED!
Chris Sabin storms into CM Punk's locker room and demands a match with Alex Shelley for his title TONIGHT. Punk looks a little pissed off, but then nods and grants him the match.

Nick Nemeth(c) vs Will Hobbs
Good match, and Nemeth put up one great fight again Hobbs, but in the end, Hobbs pulled the win off and became Heritage Champion.

AAW Lightweight Championship Ladder Match
Alex Shelley(c) vs Chris Saibn
Well this one was a great match, a ladder match as they were having a good one, and Sabin was about to win before CM Punk ran in, pushed the ladder over, and then hit the GTS on Sabin, which would allow Shelley to climb the ladder and get the title.

The Rascalz(c) vs Matt Cardona and Breeze
We seen a new tag team tonight, as Cardona teams up with Breeze to take on the tag champs. Good stuff here, to keep a good show going. WE WOULD GET NEW TAG CHAMPIONS! When Cardona pinned Wentz

Austin Theory(c) vs Josh Alexander
Pretty good main event, for the United States Championship, Alexander put up a great fight, and was .1 seconds away from winning the title at one point, before Theory kicked out. Theory would hit A Town Down and get the win.

NICK IS MAD!
Nick Nemeth is mad after last week, and aims to seek revenge on Will Hobbs.

Killer Kelly vs Nixon Newell
Decent match, and the crowd really seemed to love Killer Kelly, as there was many young females in the crowd with shirts as well as signs for her, which is why it was good she picked up the victory to pop the crowd.

Timothy Thatcher vs Mike Bailey
Another good one, show improving as it goes on and this so far has been a really good booked card. Both these men really just would give it their all, Mike Bailey would mess up as he went for a move from the top rope, and ate an uppercut from Thathcer, who then made Bailey tap with a Thatcher Stretch

CM Punk gives Nemeth a challenge
CM Punk walks into see Nick, without Hobbs for some reason, and tells Nick that he tonight has to fight Alex Shelley, and if he doesn't win, he's fired. No idea why he didn't pick the guy who already beat Nick the week before but oh well.

Number 1 Contender Match for Lightweight Championship
Colby Corino vs Chris Bey vs Trey Miguel
Fun match up here, that really got the crowd hotter, great spots, many flips, and just all around great fun action. Crowd popped for a lot of it. But then we would see Corino get the win here.

AAW Tag Team Championship
Matt Cardona and Breeze(c) vs Fred Rosser and EC3
Match wasn't to good, and could've really been better but EC3 just seemed to not really care here and that hurt the match. Breeze would pin Rosser to get the win.

Austin Theory(c) vs Jonathan Gresham
Theory once again defends his title, showing he's a fighting champion, and he puts on a really good match with Gresham here, as the crowd was on the edge of their seat the whole time. Theory would hit the A Town Down and pick up the win.

Nick Nemeth vs Alex Shelley
Main Event time here, and we get a really good match from both of them, Nick fighting to keep his job here, knowing that if he lost, then it's all over for him. Which is why it's good he was able to pick the win up here after a really hard fought battle.

CM Punk makes match for tonight
CM Punk announces that Will Hobbs and Alex Shelley will team tonight to take on Nick Nemeth, and tells him to find a partner, but good luck.

Killer Kelly vs Mandy Sacs
Crowd was into it a bit, but the wrestling wasn't to good. Killer Kelly still really over with a lot of the female crowd here, and really is shown. Everything she does the crowd eats up. She would pick the win up here over Mandy.

Matt Cardona vs Nick Aldis
Good stuff here again, the crowd just was enjoying it, and both men were putting on a really good show. Matt Cardona would pick the win up but Nick Aldis looked great out there.

NEMETH FINDS A PARTNER!
Chris Sabin walks up to Nick and offers to be his tag team partner tonight, saying he wants to get his hands on Shelley, and Nick accepts the offer.

Jonathan Gresham vs Willie Mack
BIG MEATY MEN SLAPPING MEAT! We had a damn barn burner here, good good stuff, both men beat the hell out of each other, lots of chops and slaps and just MEAT! I tell you, this is one one watching. Gresham picked the win up.

BEAT DOWN BACKSTAGE!
We see Sabin getting beat down by Hobbs and Shelley here, and it was a pretty bad beat down as they would bloody him up a bit, no way he will be able to be in the tag match tonight.

Toni Storm vs KAIRI
MATCH OF THE NIGHT! These two were just the class of the field tonight and put on a really great match up. Toni and KAIRI both wanted this one, and god damn it showed out there. Maybe this should've been the main event. Toni would end up retaining here with the win.

Cult of Punk(Will Hobbs and Alex Shelley) vs Nick Nemeth and ???
We looked like we was about to get a 2 on 1 match, but right before the bell rung, Timothy Thatcher would make his way to the ring and join with Nick here, to make sure it was fair match. Good stuff here, and we would see the end come when Hobbs pinned Thatcher.

Alex Shelley(c) vs Colby Corino
Good mathc to open the show, good stuff here that the crowd loved, and some fun spots that I'm sure will be on Twitter. The finish would see Sabin cost Shelley the match, and Corino would win the title.

The Rascalz vs LOP vs ABC
Great 3 way Tag Action here, and all 3 teams worked well together but we would see the win for The Rascalz here and will earn a future AAW Tag Title Shot

We see the camera scan the crowd a bit and picking up all the great fans here tonight, when we see Ashley Flair sitting in the crowd, as the annoucers seemed shocked to see her.

Oh man we are FIRING tonight with amazing action, goodness what a match this was and both men just did everything they could to win, but it would be ZSJ who pulled it off.

This was a pretty decent main event, Sabin getting punished here for what he did earlier in the night, as Hobbs lays into him and shows him why he doesn't need to be getting into their business and what will happen if he keeps doing it.
