Josh McCown and Laron Landry released.......anyone shocked?

I'm still pretty shocked Tampa wasted a year on McCown instead of using it to see what they had in Glennon.

But now they get Jameis, so we'll see how things go.

LT Murray gonna be a beast next season

That'd be nice, prior to his injury last year in the game he had what 4-6 carries 100+ yds and 2 TDs, he looked smart/agile/hardworking in just that little flash, can't wait to see if he can accomplish that on a regular basis with a full load of work.

@Dolph'sZiggler, been some rumors about the Raiders potentially using a decent bit of finances to try and acquire TE Julius Thomas from Denver.. do you think his success was based off of the tools around him in Denver or do you think he would have that same success on the Raiders if not close to it?

He is an injury prone product of Peyton Manning. That would be a typical shithead Reggie McKenzie signing.

Titans have essentially made early notions that Mettenberger will be under center for the team for the 2015-2016 NFL Season which most likely means they will pass on a QB at the #2 spot in the draft.

NT Terrance Knighton is expected to be pursued heavily by Jack Del Rio and the Oakland Raiders, an expected move seeing as him and JDR are pretty tight from the Denver days and new DC Wade Phillips' system doesn't really call for a player of Terrance Knighton's style in it.

What else would you suggest they do? Cold world in the NFL for QB Have nots. McCown sucks, EJ sucks, but they don't have a route right now to getting a QB who doesn't suck.

Sanchez, Locker and Cutler all viable options.. McCown will probably produce similar results and cost significantly less. Bills need to figure out something for the QB spot if they really want to be a big threat in the AFC.

Shaun Phillips released by the Colts.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing Miami pick him up on a 1 year deal for cheap if he doesn't retire. Yeah, he's old but he's not terrible yet.

Sounds like Crabdick's days are done in SF. When he is healthy he is solid, a low end WR1 or high end WR2 in the league. His production was a victim of SF's horrible offense

wouldn't mind the Raiders kicking the tires on him if the price is right.

-Chiefs let go of huge bust WR AJ Jenkins as well as WR Donnie Avery (saving the team $3.4M)
-Panthers release S Thomas DeCoud, DeCoud was a former pro-bowl safety.
-Early information being reported on the contract concerns for WR Randall Cobb are that he is seeking somewhere between $8.5-9.5 mil/yr.
-If the QB depth remains the way it is for the Texans, Ryan Mallett is expected to be the starter.
