Ex-49ers 2nd round pick RB LaMichael James has signed with the Miami Dolphins.. it is unknown if he will find a home in Miami when Moreno comes back (week 6 at the earliest) but they needed some depth for the time being.

FCC rules against the NFL on the decades old blackout rule to where they would blackout local games if they didn't sell well.. the decision was unanimous with a 5-0 vote against it.

Looks like Raiders may be prepared to make a full go run at trying to get Jon Gruden back.. Idk if he will do it but it'd be an upgrade I suppose.
