Want to do more of these but just for a test run...
Arizona at Carolina looks like it could be a entertaining low-scoring affair, but that's only if the Arizona defense plays up to par. This Cardinals squad is one of the most unappreciated teams in NFL playoff history, being underdogs to a team with a losing record, and the veterans on this team - Calais Campbell, Larry Fitzgerald, etc - will definitely use this as extra motivation. They'll need all the motivation they can get as they've allowed 206 and 267 yards rushing in their last 2 games (Seattle and San Fran). Enter a Jonathan Stewart playing some of the best football in his career and the third dual-threat QB in a row, and they could be in some big trouble against the Panthers' offense. There's definitely a silver lining and that's the Cardinals' awesome secondary should completely shut down the Panthers' crappy receivers.
As for the Arizona side of the ball, it's largely a question of how capable they are. How well will the interior OL of the Cards handle all the un-spellable names of the interior Panthers' defense, will Kerwynn Williams and Stephan Taylor get enough holes? Will Jared Veldheer's awesome season continue against Charles Johnson? Will the receivers...
Forget it, this game's all about the quarterbacks and the turnover margin. Ryan Lindley has been a disaster so far, can he make just enough plays to give the defense a chance to win the game? Will the emotional Cam Newton get enough help from his teammates and not get rattled? If I was to venture a guess, it'll be the second of these as the Panthers get their first playoff win since 2005
