They couldve played him last week to keep the browns playoff hopes alive
Yeah they wanted to but he stayed out late the night before and they were a little concerned still about his dedication to being the field general for that team.

The one QB touchdown from a Browns QB in the last 3 games was from Manziel

The article was updated about 10 minutes ago. Newton has indeed suffered two lower back fractures due to the accident. Before the non-existent Panthers fans on this forum flip their shit, it's the same injury that Tony Romo dealt with earlier this season, which caused him to miss just one game.
No timetable for his return though

Haven't you heard? Reggie McKenzie is going to keep his job, we're drafting Amari Cooper or Leonard Williams and we are going to be just great! Derek Carr, vroom vroom! Jim Harbaugh or Jon Gruden, we will SURELY have our pick of the two, is going to lead this team to the promise land!

/every other Raiders fan that isn't me

SF reactivates NaVarro Bowman to the shock of many.. I think most people thought they would've kept him on IR.

Does everyone in the afc north control their destiny besides maybe the browns?
Cincy and Pittsburgh do. If they win out, they will both make the playoffs. However, Baltimore loses the tiebreaker against both teams, So one of them has to lose in order for the Ravens to make the post-season. That is inevitable, seeing as how Pitt and Cincy face off in week 17

So, essentially they do as long as they win out?
