My high school class was going to have our 10-year reunion this summer, but I suggested in our FB group we move it to the date of the "end of the world" in December, and since it's on a weekend, pretty much everyone jumped on board with it. Especially since it's close to Christmas and most people will be in town for the holidays. 
So if the end of the world is in fact that day, I will spend it with people I love and hate equally. Perfect scenario imo.
