    Kind of True but hes really nothing compared to guys like the Briscoes, Gresham, Lethal, Williams and a few others. There are guys who elevate others in the ring. Rush isnt one of those guys. Gresham is that kind of guy. i get that Rush charismatic but his in ring ability isnt anything special.
