    That's pretty good, that's a pretty good mark of a good gfx'er. I like the effects and the Grey background blends nicely with the picture so it doesn't form a monotone on the signature.

    Cutting the flag in half was a big mistake, it provides to much of a distraction to the eyes for it. The rest of it is fine but the flag getting cut in half kills it. Maybe you can cut it out or make a few effects on it to have it be less prevalent.
