Like if the logic is "It'll make Tiffy more popular to beat Charlotte and win the belt again", then I'd argue that Tiffy just straight up beating Charlotte the first time and successfully defending her belt would do the same job, without giving Charlotte the belt.

I want to see Tiffy vs Charlotte but I would want Tiffy to keep the title if it ever happens.

Charlotte vs. Tiffany at WrestleMania would be fun to watch and I have always supported Charlotte but this is one of those times that Charlotte winning wouldn't be a good idea. Especially if she will only have another short title reign. Tiffany needs to hold on to the belt for awhile.

Charlottes next title reign needs to be a lengthy one. Her last reign was basically to set up for Rhea winning the title at WrestleMania. Although over 3 months of a reign seems like a year for Charlotte compared to some of her previous reigns.
