I can only call it as I see it.

A lot of AEW/Bryan/Rollins fans are social outcasts. I don't like their entitlement or how they force their niche tastes down everyone's throats and expect WWE to cater for them. That's the most pressing issue in wrestling at the moment.

I can however admire what Cody Rhodes has done here. The average neckbeard needs to feel that they are victimised and that they can rebel against the system in some way. It's their coping mechanism. Cody has tapped into this very well. It's the same reason why a small group of vocal fans started cheering for Bryan. "He's like us, if he can beat the system that's against him, so can we".

I am not saying anything new. Batista worked similar sentiments into his early 2014 promos. Disco Inferno has made similar comments.

Not AEW, not Cody, not the Young Bucks, not me, not WWE Forums and not any other existing entity in this universe has forced AEW down your throat. You are the one who obviously chooses to read articles about AEW, read threads about AEW and post comments about it.

How about acting mature and taking accountability for your actions? No one forced anything down your throat...except maybe a really hung guy you met in a sleazy bar.

If you have no interest in it, just stop getting involved with it and shut the hell up. You'll be shocked that as soon as you stop trying to be involved, you might not feel like anything is forced down your throat at all.

Cody's opponent has officially been announced. It is no other than his own brother, Dustin Rhodes.

Not exactly a "five-star match," but I feel as though that match's appeal is more the emotional side of it and the potential story. I saw the video AEW produced where Dustin explained his motivations etc and it was very well made. So Kenny's high energy style clashing with a "sports entertainment" marvel in Jericho, the Lucha Bros and the Young Bucks mixing Lucha-Libre with UBER-INDY, PAC who is a vicious high-flying star and Adam Page who is well rounded, those matches alone I'm seeing a variety.

than everyone else) & I'm glad Joey Ryan is nowhere
to be seen on the card.

I'm looking forward to seeing Pac, Omega/Jericho II
& Dr. Britt Baker as well as the Young Bucks & The
Lucha Bros getting more time then they did at All In.

I'm not sure how I feel about the Cody/Dustin match...
but I'm sure the wrestling itself will be at a high quality
standard.

I hope AEW knock it out of the park again & provide
another highly entertaining wrestling show.
