Just kidding :RUSSO:

Eric Young revealed on Twitter that he has re-signed with TNA. He tweeted:

"To be clear. Just re-signed with Impact wrestling. Great day and when I come back ill be better and crazier then ever that's a promise!!!!!"
Pointless extension by TNA, I think the guy is good comedy value in the right place but his time has been and gone.

Last I heard he was looking to get into MMA and was tweeting various fighters jabbing at them.

Don't care about him or TNA though.

I wish Eric Young would get into MMA so he would be put in a hospital.

Other than Otunga and Khali, probably the worst "wrestler" on TV in the past year or so.

They shouldn't have kept him with the comedy gimmick for so long, he was so good as part of Team Canada as a serious wrestler and I don't know why they don't try that again. Get him away from ODB because that stuff is horrendous to watch and put him out there on his own as a proper singles wrestler rather than comedic relief.

Eric Young does what he is asked to do by TNa and does his his best to get them over. He is a valuable commodity to TNA.

Not everyone is going to be the top guy, you need midcarders and low level guys to make stars. It's pure mark shit to think of everyone filling in mainevent spots.

He's awesome when he's doing more serious stuff. But the fans seem to just eat this comedy shit up. They need to counter Santino somehow.

Don't think that is the point being made through, more than there are only so many times you can do the same kind of character with someone before it gets too stale and fans lose interest. Everyone has a limit and comes to a point where they need to move on, EY's is now.

What limit? He has gone through how many character changes? First he was a chickenshit heel who became a paranoid face worried about his job, then he was full fledged comedic face who went through a terrible feud with Robert Roode and then he became Super Eric and then Hillbilly Eric........He went through more gimmick changes 5 years than Kane did.

I find his comedic character a good change from the monotony of Impact and don't see why he needs to become all serious or another gimmick change.....Seems like his new schtick is paying off seeing as he has a show that is basically based off it.

Don't fire Eric stuff was gold and he still continues to be pretty entertaining. As another face on the roster I don't have a problem with the guy.

Eric Young is the comedy gimmick because he does it so well. I love the guy he puts his all into whatever gimmick you give him. And when he needs to go in the ring he can. One of my favorites in TNA I just hope they give him a serious run
