That's where I am about now. Doddsy as town because I don't buy scum having both a duellist & executioner role. Big Man as town because I suss him scum EVERY game and am wrong, so let's give benefit of the doubt here.

Would like more from brutus/mikey as I'm struggling to read them town and think they're trying to one-up each other for the townie points. No watcher or tracker has flipped yet, so we've got some good roles hiding away to gain some info.

I really don't think this is relevant in Smark games. Last one I was scum and got a full fake PM'd specifically to me. We could have easily discussed and changed our fakes in the QT if we wanted but I'm operating on any "fake" claim being a given fake so these points don't apply near as much IMO. If BG was his fake, he's probably expecting other town protection but he'd know he's at least safe to claim BG

Wasn't there a game not long ago where Odo had Poyser pegged as scum early so Poyser had Smark bus the ever loving fuck out of him D1? Just to keep in mind. I'm about to read through Poyser's posts, but I think I'm less likely to get anything from them compared to looking at other's posts to see how they reacted towards Poyser. Just a starting point tho.

okay this is a very good point that I didn't think of. there's a chance that Junk didn't think of it either but regardless it would be easy to catch her if she's scum.

I thought this would be exactly the type of claim junk would make as scum, she likes to make risky plays straight from the start. this is something Gambit knows about too so I don't like his town read on Junk as the reasons he gave were weak.

Brings up a point against Gambit. I feel as though him flipping would bring a lot more reads into the correct picture.

re: that lethal post, I didn't neccessarily see that as him trying to sus junk. people have been given shit for claiming off little to no votes in the past, in a bad town sort of way. so if he thought that's what junk did that's probably what he was going for, since lethal is a bit of sheep like that.

scum can have a bodyguard sure, but they're very unlikely to claim it without knowing what type of protection town has.

This point works for Gambit as it's true they didn't know what town had/has, but it could be a ploy to expose the actual BG into revealing themself. Possible they didn't waste the BG due to possible watcher, but then why was watcher not on Odo (if we even have one).

He's asking why a follower role would be an insta-lynch. It suggests to me that he doesn't want to be obvious in not jumping on board the wagon, suggesting Poyser wouldn't put that much attention on himself intentionally, using the "Poyser's mind" as justification for this idea.

Absolutely. He was trying to rationalise why Junk was so confident on lynching Poyser and cited receipts for a previous instance when the same ploy was used, hence my yellow colouring.
