Because that's what happened when the original brand split started right? All that time dedicated to RVD, Booker T, Orton and Batista.

Yeah, didn't happen.
Well, the times have changed so it's hard to use history as a bellwether.

What are you talking about? The company has been pushing unestablished stars for the past 3 years.

Who are the top guys and upper midcarder?

You even watch the shows?

Outside of Cena, who are the top guys?

Reigns isn't Orton, he's young.

Even John Cena has stepped out of the title picture to allow the new superstars to shine in the main events.

I do watch the show but I won't be taking about it here any longer. Don't need to deal with assholes like you buddy, I have enough to deal with in real life. Peace.

Because your assumption was wrong and totally off base.

That's not an opinion btw, cant hide behind that old gem, you made a matter of fact statement and proven wrong.

Take that L.

I don't know why people can't just have a discussion anymore. Of course, we're going to disagree and sometimes not nicely. I mean I know for a fact you're going to deal with assholes no matter where you go online. They're everywhere.

There's no reason to be an asshole about this either. Why can't we just respectfully lay out our arguments? If someone does be a dick about it, be a dick back. There were some good points brought up to be discussed. Outside of a very few established guys, AJ Styles recently headlined two title matches and will be wrestling John Cena, Rusev is getting another solid run with the United States Championship, Seth Rollins is getting another main event push against newcomer Roman Reigns. Don't forget about that excellent IC Fatal 4-Way and the upcoming MITB Ladder Match that is sure to launch Kevin Owens, Cesaro, Sami Zayn and more. I agree, though, that WWE has a track record of falling back on established guys, so I do fear John Cena, Randy Orton, and HHH taking back over, but sometimes you have to have faith.

Someone taking a fake high road when he was proven wrong is a tactic to make them look like they're being targeted.

Victim complex stifles discussion. Hiding behind the old "it's just my opinion" stops knowledge being passed along.

Tossing out matter of fact statements without fact checking is the spark for all online hostility.

Simple tasks one can do to avoid that.

1. Research on subject.
2. Don't throw out matter of fact statements and pretend it just an opinion.
3. Don't act insulted when disproven.

Anyone want to have a go at how they think the Draft will go?

Top 15 picks for each Brand?
Who runs each Brand?
Potential Feuds on each Brand?

I really wish their split they would take each brand and use them like they are their own company but we know that wont happen. The raw brand is raw no crossovers unless they trade with smackdown. Sort of like in sports. You sign with that company that is where you are until traded or you contract is up.

Do you smell what Tap a Talk is cooking?

Idk wwe are so unpredictable I couldn't fathom where they send guys. My only guess is Kevin Owens stays on Raw while Sami Zayn gets shipped off to smackdown. I'm gonna say John cena stays on Raw but you never know. I heard rumors they wanted him in smackdown. We'll see in 11 days.

It has been said a fair bit that they want Cena and Styles to feud over the new title on Smackdown. So you would be under the assumption that they would be the first two picks going to Smackdown. Maybe Owens as their third pick but then it gets hard

I also take that as the ex shield are the first three picks on Raw.

Steph to run Raw, Shane to run Smackdown

Includes which brand picks first draft, which stars are eligible for drafting, and it also reveals how the NXT roster will be involved. Oh yeah, and unfortunately, it doesn't really give the impression that both brands will be treated equally so that's...something. :-/

Knowing that teams are drafted together unless specified(which is kinda dumb) really takes away a lot of drama from the draft. Now there's really no concern on whether any teams are broken up because the sum is greater than all the parts when it comes to WWE tag teams
