To play devils advocate here....TNA? Main Event Mafia, Immortal, Planet Jarrett, Sports Entertainment Extreme, Christian Coalition, Angle Alliance, etc. all in the last ten years, all with pretty much the same goal.

However since all those stables ultimately failed it still proves my point. :

That would be one hell of an awful stable.

Most of those guys don't need to be in a stable, either. They are perfectly fine on their own and a stable would take some of their individual attention away.
