Are we going to see an upgraded Matt Hardy here?

After his short run in WWE, he think that he's now the laughing stock of the company. GPE tried to cheer him up by offering him a spot to the roster and help him in bringing his spirit back, he accepted the offer and signed the contract but then nothing changed. We now always see him wear a black coat as a symbol of his deepest symphaty to himself.

Nick Dinsmore - Eugene had finally cured himself! Nick Dinsmore just signed a contract with GPE. After his worst nightmare, Nick Dinsmore will be the toughest competitors in the company. Dinsmore believes that he still have some juice on him and he will go for the gold.

Before signing with GPE, the mystery with the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde character was solved after a psychiatrist discovered his real name and the reason of his condition. He experienced a very violent incident in his life that caused of losing his family in a car accident due to his carelessness. The psychiatrist tried to cure him but it came worst as he became a more vicious. This caused of being a violent monster even if he hears a sound of a bell. He also disposed his friend Jesse after.

Vito - GPE also signed another bad ass competitor to join in their roster, Vito. He stopped being a cross dresser after being humiliated at a public bar. He beat everyone inside and told them that he's a tougher one than what they thought. Vito is now calling himself a One Man Mafia, and he aims to cement a new Legacy in him by winning the GPE Legacy Title.

Kevin Steen - The man who loves to wear some gold around his waist is finally here. GPE signed Kevin Steen to add more top athletes in the roster. Kevin Steen now only want is to win, win and win but he believes that politics will be the great hindrance for him to not be able to capture his mission.

Trevor Murdoch - You're Resident Movie Critic Redneck is here! Trevor Murdoch signed a contract to GPE not only expose himself by doing some movie reviews but also to criticize other competitors.

Ultimo Dragon - It's not how the Mexicans call Ultimate Warrior, but he's the next best thing in Lucha Libre. Ultimo Guerreo steps in GPE to show the people that he should be the next to Rey Mysterio's success and not the other guy named Mistico.

Blue Chippers - Some of the young guns were also signed to GPE and formed an unlikely team calling themselves as the Blue Chippers. The son of the late great Mr. Perfect, Joe Hennig and the talented Consequencess Creed made an alliance at GPE and promise themselves that they will bag the Tag Team titles.

I think it is safe to say it is quite harsh making you use the whole roster. So yea, you don;t have to use the whole roster.

Sub-question. Do I have to use the entire roster at least once over the course of the contest?

And twenty days is a bit much, two weeks would be more reasonable but we also should all make an effort to get it in as early as possible.

Okay then. MS, for your first question, no. Secondly, now that I think about, 20 days IS a bit much. Let's tone that down to say 14 days, two weeks?

Backhistory.....Opening need to know information. To my understanding I cannot use a Owner that is not on my roster, but i used the term "owner" in a general reference, i believe that is ok.

The WWE:

In middle of 2008 the owner of the WWE left town, after being disgruntled with slumping sales and poor ratings due to the bad economy. He left town for 2 months in the summer of 2008 to think of a plan to save the wwe. Well the plan wasn’t to save the wwe, it was actually to break the foundation and push the best international talent in the world, and de-push the American stars. So he could become more successful on the international platform. Many fans were outraged when the owner brought in Morishima from NOAH, who brought the GHC HW title with him. Him and his manager Funaki vowed to win the WWE world heavyweight championship. The owner also brought in the greatest tag team in the world, in Manu (now arab) + Divari (who does most the talking). The final member of this international dream team is Low Ki. The outcast of the group, as he stays mostly to himself. Can the WWE Superstars John Cena, HBK, Bryan Danielson overcome all odds and maintain the focal point of the wwe with its biggest show coming up??? The WWE has also been keeping an eye on TNA and taking some of their talent, now that TNA has become somewhat of a threat. SO the owner of the WWE must focus on profits, and keeping the viewers pleased.

Roster

HBK ( Face, Cocky)
20 years experience in WWE

A legend in the business. A cocky face, similar to his old DX days. With his career winding down, he is looking for one more big accomplishment so he can retire and still sleep at night.

John Cena: (Babyface)
5 Years in WWE / Current WWE Champ

The superman of the WWE. He holds the wwe belt, and represent a true babyface. Much of the male demographic 16-40 are beginning to turn their back on Cena due to his entertainment side, not equaling his wrestling talent. John Cena is more of a brawler, but gets the job done.

Sting: (old school face)
20 years in WCW/NWA

Current TNA/NWA champ, looking to cement his legacy in the wrestling business…somehow?

Morishima ( Anti American heel)
4 years in Japan, 6 months in WWE

Unstoppable monster the owner brought in to take the title off of John Cena’s shoulders. Hates all Americans, and is the #1 heel in the WWE. Morishima has not lost a singles match since entering the wwe. He is too big and too strong for most wrestlers to defeat. Holds the GHC championship, but does not defend it in the states. (The most respected belt in Japan)

Nufaki (Anti American heel)
Failed in WWE as a wrestler, found Morishima in Japan and has been his manager/agent ever since.

The spokesman for Morishima. He also leads the international talent that Vince has brought in. HE speaks 12 languages and criticizes Americans for not being diverse enough. Handles all of Morishima’s, Manu, Divari, and Low KI’s booking.

Bryan Danielson ( All American Face)
1.5 years in WWE, 5 years in the Indys.

The upstart mat wrestling star. Much of the old viewers and die hard wrestling fans are taking a liking to the American Dragon for being the best wrestler in the world. With the influx of international talent, the American Dragon is becoming more popular with the casual fans.

Ted Dibiase (selfish Heel)
1 Year in WWE. Rookie in the business / Intercontinental Champ

The Billion Dollar Man. On the last PPV, Dibiase hired his bodyguard Hernandez to win the WWE Intercontinental championship. After minutes of winning championship Dibiase ordered Hernandez to hand over the belt. Hernandez did not at the PPV, but the following night on Monday Night Raw for an undisclosed sum. Claims to be a wrestling traditionalist, but doesn’t hold any traditional values.

Hernandez (Ghetto heel)
2 years in WWE, former TNA wrestler

The big street thug. He has little to do with Dibiase, but needs the money to feed his 7 children. Former Gang members and violence is all he knows. Has a 9th grade education and is happy being the hitman for Ted Dibiase. Recently won the IC belt from Jack Swagger, only to hand it over to Ted Dibiase.

Suicide (Tweener ???)
1 month in WWE, former TNA wrestler

A outcast from TNA. No one really knows what he’s doing in the WWE.

Evan Bourne( Babyface)
9 months in WWE

A very young high flyer. Has only been in the wwe for a few months, but has been wrestling since age 12. Is able to put on a fantastic match with anyone. The fans love his high flying style, but he is undersized to compete with bigger wrestlers. Is looking to prove to himself he can make in a world filled with monsters.

Manu (Anti American heel)
6 months in WWE / Tag Champ

A beast of the international team. Teaming with Divari, they are co holders of the Tag team championship.

Divari (Anti American Heel )
6 months in WWE / Tag Champ.

Teaming with Manu as tag champs, these team uses Manu’s strength and Divari’s speed. They own the current tag division. Divari wrestled in the wwe years ago under a masked and wasn't very good. Most of his hatred stems from his old days in the wwe. Very angry at current WWE structure.

Low Ki (selfish heel)
6 months in WWE, wrestled all around the world

The final member of the International Talent. Morishima has his GHC championship. Manu and Bashir won the tag belts. Low Ki is starting to feel out of place. Does not like his role with the international squad.

Jack Swagger (heel turning face )
1.5 years in WWE

Lost his IC belt, and lost some swagger. Looking to get his confidence and his IC Title back.

Jigsaw (babyface)
1 year in WWE

Great wrestler for opening matches, however has a problem picking up wins.

Jesse (babyface)
2 years off and on in WWE.

A dumb redneck, but sometimes puts on a funny match. Rarely ever wins. Fighting for his job.

Snitsky (crazy heel)
6 years in WWE

A big man that doesn’t care if he wins or loses, he just wants to hurt his opponent.

Sheamus: (independent anti American)
1 year in WWE/OVW/FCW

A upstart heel just debuting in the wwe.

Xavier: (tweener)
3 months in WWE.

A successful indy run has landed him a shot in the WWE. The fan's haven't made up their mind on him yet.

It's a shame XBA isn't an active mod. Mainly because now, nobody can merge this with the Round 1 thread. Sorry Monty, but you were not meant to post this seperetly. Should have made that more clear.

Here's mine:

No Mercy

All eyes for the Gold
As GPE born and became the newest company in the wrestling industry. Many have thought on who will be its very first champion. Alot of rumors say that it could be the either Big Show, Booker T or Matt Hardy. The chairman of the company, Harry Newman speaks out and announced in their show Monday Night Showdown that their first PPV, No Mercy will be having a GPE Championship for it's main event. Harry Newman then said that Big Show will be automatically added to the math due to some obvious reason and there will be other 2 guys and it will be decided by having a qualifying match. After his announcement, the first Qualifying Match was held and it's between Booker T and Matt Hardy. Matt Hardy wins with some help from Drew Dalton who viciously beat him while the ref is having some problems with Matt Hardy. The other match is between Homicide and William Regal where Homicide wins it cleanly.

The James Duggan issue
The problem with James Duggan continues to get worst by adding some serious family problems with his adopted nephew Patrick (fiction >_>) who got involved with drug problems. James got depressed that causes him to lose to most of his matches against Ultimo Guerrero, Kevin Steen and others. Then one day, Duggan leaves GPE and didn't showed up until now.

Booker T's Detective Story with Drew Dalton
Booker T had really changed after joining GPE. He helped lots of younger workers in company by accepting their offering in some tag team matches and also he is turning to be the leader at the backstage. But then one time, Booker T have heard some rumors that the whole story behind Drew Dalton is all false. With Booker's curiousity, he tried to search for the real deal and it caused some problems with the psychotic monster. Matt Striker told Booker T not to mess with Drew's life and try not to investigate about mystery behind his life. But Booker didn't listen to Matt Striker, he continued searching for some clues until he found Matt and Drew inside a dark room where Matt is trying to brainwash his monster with somekind of psychoanalytic machine. He was then caught by the two and then get attacked by Drew Dalton. During his qualifying match with Matt Hardy, Drew attacks him from behind and he let him lose to Matt Hardy. After that, Booker T gets his pay back by beating both Striker and Dalton that turned to a challenge at No Mercy.

Tag Team Warfare
The team of Finlay and William Regal is now in search for the tag titles and they try to swipe every potential opponent in their paths. They beat Team 3D at the backstage and then they also beat the team of Joe Hennig and Consequences Creed after their match with a local team. But they failed on beating the Colon Brothers as they got outsmarted by the two in their locker rooms. Then Chairman Newman announced that the Smash Mouths and the Colon Brothers will be facing up for the Tag Team titles. Then on the last televised show before No Mercy, the Colon Brothers were accused of bringing illegal tobaccos in USA and someone had told the police that they were from Cuba. Now, the Colon Brothers are battling the law against being deported.

While the SM's and the CB's are having some fights. Team 3D and the Blue Chippers also started a feud by proving who's the better team. The Young one's or the Old and Well Experienced Team.

War for Legacy
Kevin Steen, Nick Dinsmore and Vito started to feud for the Legacy title. All men believed that they need to renew their Legacy by winning the said title. Kevin Steen wants the title as he never get the "Legacy" he want his whole career while both Nick Dinsmore and Vito tries to prove that they were not a joke in the company and the only thing to make it happen is by winning the Legacy title.

No Mercy Card:

Booker T vs. Drew Dalton
- Booker T wins via DQ when Matt Striker interferes the match and then it turned into a 2 on 1 assault to Booker T and at the end Booker T leaves the ring in a stretcher after being viciously beaten by Drew and Striker.

Promo: Big Show against Duggan
- Big Show started to bash Duggan about his current life. He told the man who suddenly disappeared in the ring that he and his family are all loser and high on drugs.

Blue Chippers (Joe Hennig and Consequences Creed) vs. Team 3D
- The Blue Chippers get the win after Creed hits Brother Ray with a high flying crossbody while both Joe and Devon are fighting outside the ring. Team 3D are not happy with the ending of their match as they get their revenge and they give both men with some 3D's at the table.

GPE Legacy Championship: Vito vs. Kevin Steen vs. Nick Dinsmore
- Kevin Steen wins the match with an unmerciful Package Piledriver on Vito.

GPE Tag Team Championship: The Smash Mouths (Regal and Finlay) vs. Colon Brothers
- The SM's waited for so long as they have thought that Colons are still in the prison. The time given to them is about to expire and Regal is about to get the titles as they believe they won the match due to forfeit but in the last seconds, the Colon Brothers showed up. The match ended when Finlay able to hit Carlito with the Shillelagh due to the referees ignorance :shifty: and they got the win and the title.

GPE Championship: Big Show vs. Matt Hardy vs. Homicide
- Big Show had dominated almost the whole match including the ref as he accidentally hits him with a knockout punch. While the ref is still knocked out. James Duggan enters the ring with a 2X4 and he uses it to knock the giant down the canvass. Both Matt and Homicide got their senses back and they splashes on the Big Show at the same time for the pin, a new ref entered the ring while the other ref recovered. Both refs counted at the same time, 1... 2... 3.... and Matt Hardy wins the match but then the other ref thinks Homicide won the match. The match ended with a hanging question... who is the GPE Champ???

---------------------------------------------------------------

No Way Out

Champion Confusion
After what happened at No Mercy, the question that came around GPE is who is the champion? Then it started a huge feud between Matt Hardy and Homicide where they try to debate on who will be the champion. It then Chairman Harry decide to have another 2 qualifying matches for the GPE Championship. The first match is between Matt Hardy where Hardy gets the win with a dirty roll up on Homicide. The other match is against Booker T and Drew Dalton where Booker wins another match via DQ on the insane monster. After what happened, Matt Hardy continues his feud with Homicide where Matt insults his Latino Race and Ultimo Guerrero got also involved in as Matt brutally beat him. This came down to a Street Fight where Matt gets another win against Homicide.

Drew vs. Booker T Part 2
The issue between Drew Dalton and Booker T continues to heat on as Drew randomly attacks Booker T inside or outside the ring thanks to Matt Striker. Drew follows every Striker's command while Booker T continues to investigate on the mystery of Drew Dalton.

Big Show against James Duggan and his family
After what James Duggan did to The Big Show at No Mercy. Big Show promised James Duggan that he will turn his life a living hell. As James continues to struggle his problems with his family, Big Show was added to the problem when he viciously assaulted James Duggan's nephew in a rehab where he is trying to cure himself. James Duggan got mad on what Big Show did to his nephew and then he fights back by attacking Big Show inside the ring during his match with Vito. Then on No Way Out, the two will be facing up.

Kevin Steen's Ego and his Legacy title
After winning the Legacy title, Kevin Steen gets more arrogant as he brags and brags about the Legacy he have right now. The Chairman got annoyed about it and he tried to stop him by facing the man who he never beat for the title, Nick Dinsmore. Kevin Steen protested and told the Chairman that there are some collusion happening between Dinsmore and the Chairman but then Nick just shutted him up with a German Suplex.

Tag Team Warfare Continues
The thing with the tag team division got hotter as the issue between the Colon Brothers and the Smash Mouths continues. Then the battle of the ages between the Blue Chippers and Team 3D was added that turned into a 4 Team Tables Match at No Way Out.

The Italian One Man Mafia and the Resident Movie Guide Redneck
It all started when Trevor Murdoch tries to review Vito's wrestling career that turned into insult. Vito then butts in and starts insulting Trevor Murdoch that ended by Vito winning the battle of the harsh words. Trevor gets mad and he fights him back with a sucker punch to his face. The continues to fight around the ring that turned into a match at No Way Out.

No Way Out Card:

Vito vs. Trevor Murdoch
- Vito able to shut Trevor up with the Code of Silence that also gave him the win.

GPE Tag Team Championship: Tables Match: The Smash Mouths vs. Colon Brothers vs. Blue Chippers vs. Team 3D
- The SM's gets the win when Regal whips Creed to a table lying at the corner. After the match, Team 3D gives everyone a 3D >_>.

GPE Legacy Championship: Kevin Steen vs. Nick Dinsmore
- Kevins pulls out the victory with a illegal pin by putting his feet above the second ropes for leverage.

Homicide vs. Ultimo Guerrero
- the two became allies after they fought with Matt Hardy, (but due to Mr. Newman's tweener character) but Mr. Newman decided to put the two in a match. It's not a test of friendship but instead it's to stop Homicide from trying to show off at the Main Event as he wants to get some revenge to Matt Hardy. Homicide wins the match with a Cop Killa on Guerrero.

James Duggan vs. Big Show
- Once again, Big Show showed some of his power in this match as he totally squashed James Duggan inside the ring. Duggan also manage to get some offense at the middle of the match that made Big Show a bit exhausted. At the end, Big Show is about to win the match when suddenly, Duggan's nephew appeared with a 2X4 and tried to save his uncle from being chokeslammed by the World's Largest Athlete. His nephew failed from doing it as Big Show hits him with a knockout punch. Big Show then throws the young man out of the ring and the ref exits the ring as well to help Duggan's nephew. As the ref waits for some EMT's to arrive to assist the young man, Duggan grabs the 2x4 and he smacks Big Show's head with it. Duggan throws the 2x4 out of the ring while the ref returns the ring after putting Duggan's nephew to a stretcher and he makes the count, 1... 2... 3... and James Duggan surprisingly wins the match.

GPE Championship: Matt Hardy vs. Booker T
- Once again, no one knows who will win the match but no one thought that it will turn into another draw. Booker T is about to win the match after hitting the Scissor's Kick on Matt Hardy but then as he do the spinaroonie, Drew Dalton comes in and he hits Booker with a vicious boot to his head. Matt Hardy also got some of his piece as Drew beats him down as well. Due to Drew Dalton's interference, the match turned into a no contest and there's still no champion.

Well there you go! It's a bit challenging and I believe the booking is a bit uhhh... but I hope you still like it :D
