    Honestly, this is one big mess to me. A cut, some brushes, some text, colouring, and that's it. And honestly, it doesn't look too good either. It just looks jumbled and awkward. Keep practicing though, we've all been in the bottom of the barrel sometime.

    I would have said Nero too, I'm gonna have to ask, did you download the right version of the program? Vista comes in 32-bit and 64-bit versions, and running the 64-bit version of Nero on a 32-bit system won't work. Nero works completely fine here, I've got Vista as well.
