I doubt town has a duelist and a vig with the low amount of kills scum seem to have at their disposal. One of them is probably scum.

I doubt scum have a DV and duelist because of my role, one of them is town.

Does that make sense so far?

By that logic, I can almost guarantee CP or Lethal are scum, and if Lethal is scum, I can see HOL being scum as well. If Cp is scum , HOL is town.

I agree with this. Vig and Duelist aren't both scum unless Lethal lied.

Why can the vig and DV be scum, though?

should we consider the possibility that scum could lift the curse for the petrify? it would make more sense on why they'd use it on one of their own if we are to believe magic was scum.
